Besides these, there are many private tour companies that run specified cruises, which include dolphin spotting and beautiful views of sunset. As the name suggests, Dinner Cruise sails from the Santa Monica jetty around 8:30 pm. This two hour cruise drifts along the Mandovi River, past the magnificent colonial houses, past the Promenade with trees beautifully decorated with colorful lights, past the famous Miramar Beach and then, finally back to the starting point via the tender shoreline of Betim and Verem, the northern bank of Mandovi River.
